1. Drawing should be prepared for online submission following KMC Building Rules, 2009 (As amended time to time) with some extra nonprintable line / Polyline
to calculate area and length of some drawing element following enclosed guideline. The all aforesaid Layer should becreated as Default one (with no Colour,
Line Type & Line Weight in Layer itself) in individual Layer. The property of individual Drawing Element should be marked as detailed above. The name of
Owner/Owners’/C.A. ; Name & No. of KMC empanelled LBS / C.A, ESE, ESR, GTE (wherever required) should be marked in the submitted drawing.
2. Drawing should be submitted in ‘.rar’ or ‘.zip’ file format consisting of all ‘.dwg’ file AutoCAD 2004 file format (If drawn in other version, before submission
savethefileinAutoCADversion2004/2006).BesureallLayersareunlocked.

4 decimal points)
8. PROCEDURE FOR PREPARATION OF DRAWING IN KMC EODB SYSTEM
A) FOR SINGLE BLOCK BUILDING: PREPARE TWO DRAWING FILE NAMED AS a) MASTER SHEET.dwg and b) A.dwg
THE TWO DRAWING PUT INTO A FOLDER NAMED AS ASSESSEE NUMBER. THEN .ZIP THE FOLDER & UPLOAD
B) FOR MULTIPLE BLOCK BUILDING: PREPARE MULTIPLE DRAWING FILE NAMED AS i) MASTER SHEET.dwg, ii) A.dwg, iii) B.dwg, iv) C.dwg ……. SO
ON
THE AFORESAID DRAWING FILES PUT INTO A FOLDER NAMED AS ASSESSEE NUMBER. THEN .ZIP THE FOLDER & UPLOAD
DO'S: i) Purge& audit before submitting the drawing. ii) Set the unit of drawing file in ‘Millimetre’
DONTS: i) Do not placed unnecessary objects in drawing file and also be sure that there are no other KMC Layer exists in a particular ‘.dwg’ file (except as detailed in
