    REFLECTION

    First, I felt a little bit confusion about the topic to be discussed then after the session
    I really appreciate the role of M&E in school and how M&E is important and beneficial in school
    development, in the aspect of improvement we need to be flexible, adaptable and willing to
    learn from what we do in able to sustain or improve our plans and project.
    I noticed that the important source of learning in real time is the processes and
    results of monitoring and evaluation (M&E). It is a sustainability action of performance towards
    the achievement of our goals/objective as a leader.
