PRELUDE:
 A pleasant afternoon to one and all. It gives us immense pleasure to welcome you all
to the graduation ceremony.

 This is a much awaited event in every student’s life, as it gives the returns to the
efforts put in by the students throughout their academic endeavor. Say goodbye to
the comfortable and secure life within college walls. Get ready to march to the beat of
the business world.

 Today is the day full of joy, the day about pride and accomplishment, the day that
even this pandemic cannot stop our celebration.

 Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome to the 17TH Commencement Exercises of the

Talent and skills are the crops that are nurtured, groomed and given all possible
opportunities to grow and bloom. Graduation day is the celebration of the harvest of this
crop.

C. PRESENTATION and CONFIRMATION OF GRADUATES


At this juncture, May I call on Dr. _________________– Dean, College of

graduation, and the confirmation of graduates will be proclaimed by our very own

D. PRESENTATION OF AWARDS TO OUTSTANDING GRADUATES


And now, we are also gathered to pay recognition to the ones who have done very well
and have been much perseverant all throughout their studies. May I call on the
President/CEO to give the award to our outstanding graduates assisted by their parents.

D. DISTRIBUTION OF DIPLOMAS
Moving on! The most awaited moment – the fruit of hard work and discipline will
finally be earned.
To call the names of the graduates may I request our College Registrar, Mrs.
_________________. For the imposition of hoods, let us call on the Vice President for
Social Services Dr. _________________ to be assisted by the parents of the graduate.
To officiate the distribution of diplomas, may we also request our Vice President for
Academic Affairs, Mrs. _________________, assisted by the Mr.
_________________, and the awarding of medals to the graduates by Dr.
