    Lysis buffer composition contains:

     160mM sucrose (13.69gm)


     80M EDTA at pH8.0 (40ml of 186.1g)
     100mM Tris (25ml of 121.g)
     0.5% SDS (12.5ml of 50g)
     10mg/ml Proteinase K (1.25ml)
