SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made this February day of 15, 2021between Mohammed Abdi Omer
General Contractor and Water Works Contractor (Contractor) and Abebe (Subcontractor).

The work described in Section 1 below shall be performed in accordance with the prime contract
between Contractor and Mohammed Abdi Omer General Contractor and Water Works
Contractor (Owner) and in accordance with all plans, specifications and other contract
documents attached to or incorporated into the prime contract for the project known as Bike
Water Supply and Sanitation Project

The Construction Lender (if applicable) is: Somali Regional State Water Bureau

SECTION 1. SCOPE. Subcontractor agrees to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and other
facilities required to complete the following work in two phases:
 Construction of 200m3 Underground Reservoir #1
 Generator, Guard House & Toilet at BH #1
 Artificial Well at 200m3 Underground RCC #1
 Rectangular Water Cooling Tank #1
 Chlorination Room at 200m3 Reservoir #1
 Ground Reservoir of 1000m3 #1
 Ground Reservoir of 500m3 #1
 Generator, Guard House & Toilet at 500m3 #2
 Construction of Guard House & Toilet at 1000m3 #1
 Artificial Well at Booster Station 500m3 #1
