Before setting out to i m p r o v e e n e r g y efficiency it is a good idea to r e m i n d yourself
a b o u t one of N e w t o n ' s laws - namely, t h a t e n e r g y can n e i t h e r be created nor destroyed.
Mechanical energy, electrical energy, heat energy, light energy, sound energy, w h a t e v e r
