What is your view on technology and its essence?

As what I said on the Activity 12, “Technology has been a part of our life since we were
born. It has change our own lifestyle and made it easier for us to live in this pleasant world we
live. As we live in technological world, we need technology in every single matter of our life.
For instance, technology has built the strongest communication bridge among the people of the
world which they can communicate to each other no matter where they are, and they can travel
wherever they want.”

On my point of view, technology is unavoidable in our lives. This is for the reason that
today’s advanced world life without technology is pointless. Technology brings together talented
people which brings together the tools to promote development, information exchange, and it has
its main objective of making tasks easier and solving many problems of mankind. With the
evolution of technology for almost a decade the society has been changing drastically. Before the
arrival of modern technology, life wasn’t easy and our everyday responsibilities used up too
much of our time. Massive opportunities are being provided by the newly updated technologies
which is an important piece of our life. Having access and new discoveries to education,
medicine, industry, transportation and many more has been simplified sue to modern day
technology. Our lives have improved remarkably due to the accessibility and efficiency that
technology has provided. There used to be a time when executing a simple task like doing
laundry would take most of the day. Thanks to modern technology, a lot of burden has been
lifted up from our shoulders and we have more time and energy to do what we want to.

The true essence of technology is how it contributes to the society of the new creation
and new found knowledge, and the utilization of that knowledge for the improvement of
prosperity of the human lives, and also solving the countless issues that we are now facing on our
society. Together with the true essence of technology is that it is not something we make nor it is
a mode if being or of reveling. This indicates that the technological thing that we own and we
have has their own out of the ordinary kind of presence, endurance and connections among the
part and wholes. They operate in their own unique way of presenting themselves and in the
world in which they operate. As for me, the essence of technology we have today is thanks to the
creativity that human being has, without the technology that we have right now in our modern
day lives we won’t be having the most basic equipment to help us. For example, because the
essence of technology it has the ability to improve relationships between teachers and students.
When teachers successfully incorporate technology into subject areas, then the teacher grow into
different roles such as adviser, content expert and coach. Technology helps make teaching and
learning more meaningful and fun.
 Overall, it may be said as there are maybe several importance, definition, values and
essence of the technology on our lives and on our own perspective but we should always
remember that technology has always been a part of our lives since the discovery of it and for it
is the reason we create and attain a lot of knowledge. We cannot abandon technology now that
we all revolve into its domain but also we can ensure that we should not be controlled by it.
