CIRCULAR

It is hereby informed that the clarification was sought by our

University from the Bar Council of India for exemption of written
examinations for arrear students and assess the arrear examinations
on the basis of the performance of the previous years and marks
obtained in internal examinations in line with the circular of Bar
Council of India dt.27.05.2020.

Accordingly, the Secretary, Bar Council of India has clarified

that the matter shall be placed in the General Council Meeting of the
Bar Council of India for consideration and instructed the University to
keep the decision pending until further orders issued by the BCI.
