A. Write one health problem that could be associated with the body part.

head movement or straining.

some Home Remedies or recommendations.
EXAMPLE: When I had hiccups, I remember that my grandma used to tell
me to drink water in a head-down position. Some other relatives such as my
uncle, used to scare me because he said that it was a good idea to treat the
hiccups.

Provide clear fluids to sip, such as water, broth, or fruit juice diluted with water.
Serve bland foods, such as saltine crackers, plain bread, dry toast, rice, gelatin, or
applesauce. Avoid spicy or greasy foods and caffeinated or carbonated drinks until
48 hours after all symptoms have gone away
