3D Fire & Gas mapping study for SFGCS has been completed within planned time period with

management expectation. Report has been issued

by contractor (M/s Petrochemical Engineering Consultants) after visited SFGCS, engineering analysis on internationally acceptable software DNV
Phast and data collection, verification along with preliminary evaluation of existing FGS logics and detection system.

Quality Inspection plans (QIP) have been developed for construction, installation and testing of feeder line, tank, piping and painting jobs beyond
the management expectations and much earlier from target date. The same QIPs have been issued for implementation with Sui specific QIP SOP
approved by the Sui Management.

Follow up visits have been conducting and 03 progress reports have been submitted.

RBI study of Utility area at Sui Purification Plant has been 100 % completed, final report has been submitted, and data has been uploaded on RBI
VAIL plant software. Departmental visits have been conducted for opening and closing meeting, review of RBI input data and awareness of Staff.

Awareness sessions of on Hazard Analysis, Mechanical Integrity, Key Performance Indicators, and MOC have been conducted for Sui Field
technical staff.
