The six-day school-based in-service training focused on reviewing and self-assessing module outputs and practicum work, orienting teachers to the LDM 2 course, organizing learning action cell activities, and designing instruction for different learning delivery modalities. Teachers were eager to participate and submitted portfolios and records of their work at the end of the training. The training helped teachers explore different teaching modalities and develop their practice with encouragement and support from administrators. Continuing in-service training for teachers next year was recommended.
