To enroll for CMA USA course IMA requires candidates to –

Minimum be enrolled with an accredited university or college to pursue a bachelor’s degree (Or)
Have a graduation degree from an accredited college or university

However, to qualify as a CMA, IMA requires candidates to meet the following requirements –

Be an active member of IMA and clear both CMA USA Parts 1 and 2 Exams
To be a graduate from an accredited college/university or a related professional certi몭cation
To follow IMA's Statement of Ethical Professional Practice and
Have a minimum of two continuous years of full time work experience related to accounting
and 몭nance.

The candidate once becomes an active member of IMA, have to attempt minimum one part exam
before 12 months of registration and the duration provided by IMA for clearing both Part 1 and 2
Exams is three years.
