This research paper entitled “Workplace Health and Safety Analysis of the
Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Personnel in the First Congressional

This research aimed to improve and maintain the Workplace Health and
Safety of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) in the First Congressional District
Cronbachs’s Alpha and resulted to .979 which means that the instrument is
reliable and valid. Such statistical tool used were frequency and percentage,
weighted mean, independent t-test and one way analysis of variance. Majority
of the respondents are in the age bracket of 18-20; male; highest educational
attainment is college; single; ye 5-10 years in the service and FO1 (Fire Officer
