agreed by the Bureau of Fire Protection personnel according to their

assessment. While the Workplace policies and procedures and Occupational

Health and safety awareness were strongly agreed.

It was found out in the Bureau of Fire Protection personnel assessment that

age, civil status and number of years in service was not significant to all

variables. However, sex and highest educational attainment was significant

only on workplace hazard, workplace policies procedures, and occupational

health and safety.

The researcher proposed a plan of action based on the result of the study

which consist of the areas concern, findings, objective/s, person involved and

expected outcomes which may improve and maintain the workplace health and

safety of the Bureau of Fire Protection personnel in the First Congressional

District of Batangas.
