Important Reminders:
1. Only the PARENTS/GUARDIANS are authorized to get and return the Modules and Learning Activity Sheets (LAS).
2. The students can ask questions, request for further explanations or clarify about a subject to the subject teacher. (cp numbers and fb account or email add of subject teachers can be
seen at the Mode of Delivery portion)
3. The subject teachers may contact the students or the students may contact the teachers or vice versa
4. Modules or LAS should be returned every after two weeks.
5. Daily, the students should answer the Modules or LAS. Students are free to choose what subject will they answer first, however, the learning tasks for the week should be answered
