3. Must include the Content Standard (Yr 1 - 6)
4. Must have the Main and Complementary Skills for the Content
Standard(CS) and Learning Standard(LS) (Yr 1 - 4, for now)
5. Do 2 CS and LS for Yr 5 and Yr 6 to show the modular element.
6. The Learning Objective (LO) comes before the Success Criteria (SC).
7. The LO is NOT THE SAME as the SC. The LO is the final
destination/outcome in achieving the skill(s). The SC is the PROCESS
towards achieving the LO.
8. Please make the SC measurable using the words ‘at least’ or ‘3 out of 5’ or
‘4 or more’.
