1. COLD WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM:


Source of water: 2no. Tube well in basement 3, city water supply, water tanker
Water storage: 2no. Underground water tanks in basement 3(Capacity 90,000 UK
Gallon & 87,750 UK Gallons respectively), 2 no. overhead water
tank in pent house level 01.
2 pump sets (1duty & 1 stand by) transfer the water underground water to overhead
water tank in Pent House level 01 floor throw 2 separate pipe lines.
There is total 4 booster pump sets (1+1) supply the cold water to 8 th floor, 9th floor,
Pent House level 01 floor and Pent House Level 02 Floor All Apartments Bath Rooms,
showers, Kitchens, electrical water heaters and LDRY (W/M).
Cold water supply to All Other floors Apartments throw gravity form overhead water
tank.
Each Service Area has Access Panel at Ceiling Level for the future maintenance.
Every Flat has individual Gate Valve for Main Incoming Line at Corridors.
Every Toilet / Kitchen has individual Gate Valve for maintenance works.
P.P.R. Pipes shall be used for Internal Water Supply System & P.E. Pipes shall be used
for External Network.

2. HOT WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM


Hot water supply to all apartments bath from independent electrical water heater.

3. SOIL, WASTE AND VENT PIPING SYSTEM


Every Service Area have individual Riser Shaft for the Soil, Waste & Vent Pipe.
All kitchen waste add in sewer main pipe in Ground Floor.
Soil Stack Line shall move straight to the External Manholes from Basement Level 01
H/L.
Waste Stack Line shall move into Grey Water Tank at Basement Level 03 and after
Treatment, same resource shall be used for Irrigation.
In case of Excessive Waste Stack or Overflow; Waste shall move directly to External
Manhole (Controlled by BMS).
5 No’s Submersible Pump Set for the Rain Water at Basement Level 03.
2 No’s Submersible Pump Set for the Pump Rooms at Basement Level 03.

Rain Water (only Shaft No. 28) shall be collect in Rainwater tank, after treated shall
further be used for Irrigation. (Controlled by BMS). Other Rain Water Outlets
(Scupper Drain) sourcing outside, shall have Free Discharge.
U.P.V.C. Pipes shall be used for Soil, Waste, Vent & Rain Water Drainage System &
P.V.C. Class E Pipes shall be used for External Drainage System.

4. GAS SUPPLY SYSTEM


Every Flat shall have separate Gas Meter inside Kitchen.
Main Gas Network shall be in Basement Level 01 H/L and shall be raised up to all
floors.
Medium Quality Galvanized Iron Pipe shall be used for Gas System.

5. IRRIGATION SYSTEM
2 No’s Irrigation Pump Sets shall be used for transferring filtered rain water & waste
water to the Irrigation at External Area.
6. FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM:
I. FIRE HOSE REAL CABINET SYSTEM
II. Fire SPRINKLER SYSTEM
III. FIRE EXTINGISHERS
IV. FIRE HYDRANT SYSTEM (TWO WAY PILLAR TYPE)
V. DRY RISER SYSTEM LANDING VALVE WITH CABINET
Each building have one overhead water tank and 2 pumps VFD Control in the pent
house floor.
B1 to B3 & 9th Floor Each Floor 6 Nos. FIRE HOSE REAL CABINET
Ground floor to 8th Floor Each Floor 8 Nos. FIRE HOSE REAL CABINET
B3 to 9th Floor All Floors cover with Fire Sprinkler system
Basement Level 03, 02 & 01 is divided into 5 Zones providing ZCV’s (Zone Control
Valve).
Basement Level 03, 02 & 01 is fully covered with Upright Type Sprinklers.
Each Apartment consists of separate Gate Valve for Fire Line & Access Panel at
entrance.
Pent house level 1 & 2 All Bed Rooms covered with Side Wall type Fire Sprinkler.
Dry Type & CO2 Type Fire Extinguishers shall be placed in Corridor’s Area.
K Type Fire Extinguishers shall be used in Kitchen Area.
Auto Dry Powder Ceiling Mounted Fire Extinguisher shall be placed in Electrical
Rooms.
Pendant Type Sprinklers shall be used in Flat’s Entrance Lobby & Passage Way.
2 No’s Separate Wet Risers shall be used from Top Level to each part of the building.
Each floor shall be divided into 2 Zones providing ZCV Assembly.
Fire Test Drain Line for complete system shall be connected to Basement Level 03
Underground Water Tank.
Each building have 1 dry riser landing valve cabinet with canvas hose in the stair
case.
Ground Floor External Area Cover with 2 Way Pillar Hydrant
2 Breeching inlet for fire department connections
2 breeching inlet for dry riser system
Black Steel Seamless Fire Pipes shall be used (Schedule 40, ASTM A53).

7. INSTALLATION & FIXING


All Plumbing Fixtures, All Plumbing Pumps (Centrifugal Pumps, Submersible Pumps,
Booster Pumps), Fire Fighting VFD Pumps, Fire Fighting Valves, ZCV’s, Fire Sprinklers,
Breeching inlets, Fire Hose Cabinet, Fire Extinguishers, Landing Valve.
8. TESTING AND COMMESSIONING
All Plumbing Pumps (Centrifugal Pumps, Submersible Pumps, Booster Pumps), Fire
Fighting VFD Pumps, Fire Fighting Valves, ZCV’s, Fire Sprinklers, Breeching inlets, Gas
Cocks Testing and Commissioning.
