Be on time - there will be assignments
Be proactive - there will be moments on which
you can suggest things
Be the example for your fellows - they will be
observing, unavoidably
Be ethical - temptations are around
Detail oriented goals - you know that this stuff
carries its own details.
Problem-solving skills - some of the
assignments would require you to solve some
issues.
Honest and realistic - if you won’t be able to do it
on time, then say it. It’s better. We need to plan
ahead.

What do we expect
Tasks:
- Assist your fellows during lab. sessions
OR be available for them to assist them.
What does assist imply?
- Guide them. Do not provide entire
solutions, but rather the seed that will let
them think of the solution
- Explain to them. Why aren’t things
working? Why are they working? Why they
won’t work?
- Be patient. As you were, they are learning,
they need support - and sometimes they
won’t ask the lecturer to do it.
- Be unbiased. Be fair. Be just.
What do we expect

- You will read the written reports to assess

What does elaborate videos imply?
- We are interested in enhancing the
student experience. Several of you have
suggested to have more videos regarding
exercises to solve. What exercises would
you have liked to have?
- There will be a list of suggestions from the
Sedra’s textbook, but also others related
to the problem sets.
- The videos should follow the same format.
- Handwriting is preferred.
- Showing your face at the beginning.
- No more than 10 minutes. But there may
be more than one video per exercise.
- If used, provide your Colab scripts or
LTspice schematics!
