Amoc - Member The meeting was called to order at exactly 6:25 in the evening. <> SP ORDINANCE NO. 4199-2013 AN ORDINANCE TEMPORARILY CLOSING FROM ALL TYPES OF VEHICLE PORTIONS OF CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN ON JUNE 15-16, 2013, IN CONNECTION WITH THE 15’ CARAGA FREEDOM RUN SPONSORED BY RUN CARAGA EVENTS MANAGEMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:Page two SP Ord. No. 4199-2013, cont'd, Be it ordained by the Honorable Sangguniang Panlungsod of Butuan City in session assembled and by authority of the same that: SECTION 1. Portions of certain City Streets is hereby temporarily closed from all types of vehicle on June 15-16, 2013 in connection with the “I Caraga Freedom Run” sponsored by Run Caraga Events Management, to wit: June 15, 2013 - From 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight J.C, Aquino Avenue particularly from corner of A. D. Curato Street, J. C. Aquino corner Concepcion Street, J. C. Aquino comer San Francisco Street and J. C. Aquino comer R. Calo Street - for the preparation of the venue, merchandising and installation of race materials. June 16, 2013 - From 1:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. J.C. Aquino Avenue particularly from comer of A. D. Curato Street to Bancasi Airport Rotunda - Race Day SECTION 2. The Land Transportat mn Traffic Management Office (LTTMO) and the Butuan City Police Office-Traffic Sectior e hereby tasked to implement this Ordinance in close coordination with the Activity Organizers, and must see to it that all the necessary traffic signs shall be installed and traffic enforcement officers are assigned at the above-said areas prior to and during the said activities, for the convenience and safety of the public. It shall likewise see to it that upon completion of the activity the subject portion of the road shall be immediately opened to motorists. SECTION 3. The Activity Organizer is required to pay a fee of One Hundred Pesos per hour (P100.00/hr.) of road closure at the City Treasurer's Office prior to the issuance of a Special Permit and shall also be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the area after the subject a SECTION 4. Any person who violates this ordinance shall be penalized administrative fine of One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P1,500.00) per offense, aside from shouldering the cost of damages, if there will be any, SECTION 5.
