Be it ordained by the Honorable Sangguniang Panglungsod ng Butuan in session assembled and by autrority of the same, that: SHCTION 1 = Section 12 of SP Ordinance No. 1517~75 is hereby amended to read as follows: "gEC! ‘ON 12 ~ Penalties - Any person found violating the provision of either Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 of this ordinance shall upon conviction be sentenced to a fine of 500.00 or to an imprisonment of two (2) months or both such 1 and imprisonment at the discretion of the court." SECTION 2 ~ This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
