Fortun - Member The meeting was called to order at exactly 5:35 iu the afternoon. <> SP ORDINANCE NO. 3438-2008 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF SP ORDINANCE NO. 3384-2008, BY ROLLING BACK THE FARE RATE THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. Be it ordained by the Honorable Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled and by authority of the same that:Page two SP Ord.. No. 3438-2008, cont'd. SECTION 1. Section 1 of SP Ordinance No. 3384-2008, which amended SP Ordinance Nos, 2709-2005 and 2006-1995, entitled “An Ordinance regulating the Operation of Motorized Trisicad in the City of Butuan, Providing Penalties and for other purposes,” is, hereby amended by rolling back the fare rate thereof to read, as follows: “SECTION 7.1. FARES. The fares to be charged by the driver and the grantee of MTOP to every passenger shall be as follows: For every succeeding First Four (4) Km. or fraction thereof ‘Kilometers (No increase) a, Regular Fare - P 7.00 P1.00 b. Student - P 600 0.75 ©. Elderly (Sr. Citizen) - P 600 0.75 d. Disabled - P 600 0.75 Student discount is not applicable during Sundays and Holidays and the student should present a valid school ID or must be wearing a school uniform.” SECTION 2. REPEALING CLAUSE. Any existing Ordinance or portion thereof found inconsistent hereof, is hereby repealed and/or modified accordingly. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVITY, ‘This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
