Madam,

Most respectfully, it is stated that I am Hira Younis and I have applied for program in this
university. Luckily, I am on merit in. I am from out of town and new one in the city. I request
you to please allot me a seat in the University Hotel.

I have already searched for accommodation in private hostels. But living in a private residence
would be very expensive for me. As a female, living alone outside a university hostel would be
another challenge for me. Therefore, I again ask you to assign me a seat in the hostel. I will pay
the charges and you will never find me misbehaving. Hoping that you will consider my request. I
will be grateful to you.
