This refers to your letter dated __________ regarding the Road Network
Development Project – Provincial Road Widening being undertaken by the Department
of Works and Highways (DPWH).
We would like to apprise you that the Department interposes no objection and
consents to the demolition and removal of the school fences as we do not want to stale
nor delay the project, as well as in support to the government project’s effective and
expeditious implementation. However, before the demolition, the DPWH must
coordinate first with the Department of Education Schools Division being the lawful and
absolute owner of the property, to make necessary arrangement to carry out
replacement and reconstruction of the improvement which will be fully affected by the
project.
