on mercantile. It a set of rules that should be implemented to be a legally operated business in a
certain area of the market. It is to understand the pertinent legal provisions, general principles,
concepts, and underlying philosophy of the laws applicable to commerce and business.
Regulatory Framework for Business Transaction covers many legal aspects concerning
businesses I also covers the regulatory of the different branches of government to enable them to
recognize the legal implications of business situations of transactions and know when to seek
legal counsel or recommend that it be sought.
