To get the things right what i should do for E-bay:
1. Reduce Advertising Budget and Ebay have to be focus on Value Oriented Product on
Competetive price policy from Amazon.
2. Gave Discounts to those Customer/Consumer who ordered bulk Amount of products and that will
kind of incentivize them.
3. Overcome the Distrust of the Consumers first, don’t gave the chance to Shift Amazon’s product
or competitors.
4. Change the Market focus Ebay have to focus for the mass segmentation
5. Create more Social Presence On Digital platform, Give add on facebook and youtube promotions
with the option Shop Online, Buy now hot deals that will direct the Customer to E-bay
6. Create New ways to be more relevant on the market.

Answer to the question no 2(short)

Possible way to change consumer attitude for Volvo’s
Consumers have attitude towards Vlovo branding they made sedan , Suv’s, cars , truck like they don’t
have faster cars or offroader that impacting Volvo.
Volvo doesn’t have that much adds on media and they just show Breaking system and which way the car
is safest so that’s the another reason why consumer think this brand is clumsy.
It is very hard to change Consumer attitude but Volvo have to Change perceptions of the value and
attributes like it also gave good driving experience with luxuary not only the safest car.
Show Adds it is a good performance car with good fuel Economy.

To make Evaly things right as a PR and Communication manager make a positive Promotional
Planning that what Evaly is doing great for Bangladesh, like they introduced the E-commerce
platforms in a mass manner, previously no E-commerce site have done that. For the middle to
low income people they gave Products in a bulk discount that they can fullfill their needs easily
with a Digital Platform. Then Broadcast it for mass media and Digital platforms that it have
Positive Impacts Towards Evaly.
I will go for Shakib Al Hasan as he have the credibility and attractiveness for the mass people
and he can explain the things that match Evaly Clients like he also use Evaly products and that
satisfy him and talk about the facts that Evaly would change that consumer will face less
problems.
I want to get infulencer from similar E-Commerce industry like Shabab uddulah, or Who are in
E-commerce industries who properly understands the Picturs and peope will trust them also
popular Youtuber and Blogers who can talks about constant process that how Evaly will
Overcme and Update the General people that Evaly will gave their products with in a certain
period of time.
