see different kinds of cosmetics and all of their categories are well organized. It is easy to
navigate their website and when the customer are looking for specific product, it will be
also easy for them. The have also subcategories on their products. The customers can
really enjoy exploring on their website mostly those people or customers who love beauty
products.

In BYS cosmetics website, it is simple to add items to the shopping cart like they
will click that specific item and added it to their shopping cart. Before the customers
make payment the customers can easily view what is on their cart before checking out. It
will be easy for the customers to make orders.

Most of the people, mostly adults has their own mobile phones or smart phones

their contact number, email, and their exact address. They put it in a very comprehensible
way such as a phrase that say "get in touch" which implies that you can contact or
message them with the following details. One good thing in their customer service is that
they provided a number for urgent matters as well as they provided the time availability
that customers can call during those stated times of the week. this is a very informative
customer support so that the customer won't need to wait long for the responses as they
already provided a specific time that they are available to talk too.

BYS website provided a privacy policy bellow the website which can be easily
read and seen if you'll go lower in the website. They enumerated the privacy policy they

website. Also in making an account they provided a Privacy caution so the customer can
read it first before making an account in their website. They are very transparent on what

1. TWO WAY

Bys website is lacking a two way campaign, there is no much interaction between
them but only a pure buying and shopping. The website is good and formal but there are
only two interaction that only happens when the customer purchase a product and when a
customer tries to reach out with them through customer service. But it says that two way
campaign is having a great way of involvement with its customer rather than just being a
mere recipient. In BYS as you scroll through their website there is not much interaction
like having some surveys or a part where customers can leave a comment or any
activities that interacts with them.

2. TARGETED

‌The target customers of BYS Cosmetics are those people who love beauty
products, mostly womens. BYS has ads that they post on their social media platforms and
they use some models or famous artist that very known in the industry for the customers.
They post their new products or their products by videos, posters or pictures and they'll
show that they are used by famous artists. They are also promoted by famous make up
gurus and most of the people are hanging out on their social medias. So, through these
marketing campaign they can easily call the attention of the customers or consumers ,
especially their target customers to make a purchase from them. They also has campaign
in any social network sites or websites ,they also have billboards.

3. PERSONALIZATION

As I view their website they don’t have any suggestions or any recommendations for
their customer but outside their website like lazada and shopee they have some
recommendations . They don’t have this kind of survey to identify or to have records
of their customer buying habit and preference.

4. REMARKETING

Bys does this, after clicking their website you'll see adds about their products. As
you scroll through its site there are also pop ups bellow about their products. A
continuous advertisement while you were actually scrolling and looking at their products.
Even in facebook, if I happen to click their post I notice that their post and products or
even related products keep poppin in my news feed.

Most of the people are on their social media accounts. BYS Cosmetics platforms
are social medias like Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, Youtube and etc. that they
can promote their products and reach their target customers. They also available in some
shopping online apps like here in Philippines , we have lazada and shopee they have store
in lazada and shopee. This are the platforms where the people always hangout during
their free time, that's why this is also the multi-channel of BYS Cosmetics, with this
platforms they can easily reach their customers and the customers can easily find their
stores. With this multi-channel they can easily achieve their goals and objectives of their
business.

6. ADAPTABILITY

They adopt well in terms of internet marketing, they have website and they can
accept orders online. They have their different platforms through their marketing
campaign. Today they have a huge market and they are available more than 25 countries
all over the world.

RECOMMENDATION

‌Things that we want to recommend on their website first is the design of their
website. When i visit their website we feel like there's something missing like they need
to improve their design to really attract the customers like something catchy designs and
promotions. If they have sales products they need to post it like , it should be position or
placed on their home part of their website. With this strategy , it can attract the customers
because of their sales and can easily get the attention of the customers to really try or buy
their products. They also need the swatches online for example in lipstick , most of the
customers they want to know or try what shades of lipstick suits to them . Its like when
you click that shade of lipstick the camera will open with the shade of lipstick they want
to try , by that the customers will see if that kind of shade of lipstick looks good on them.
The customers will be amaze by that because even the customers did not go to their
physical store just to try or see if the product they wanted would suits to them , like even
they purchase through online , they already try or see on themselves that products are
suits on them like on their skin color. They must add its details and components of the
ingredients whether if it is a hypoallergenic or not, if it is suitable for all skin types for
each product. We also wanted to recommend that the privacy policy must appear first as
the users click the website. We've notice that the privacy policy will not be shown unless
you go to privacy policy section. To some this is not important but other users are very
sensitive with their informations so it is better that they will be notified before continuing
to the website on what will happen to their personal information.
