    Four dome units were inspected and initially found to have false indications of discontinuities at all outer nozzles. Upon further verification, the signals detected came from the internals of the pipes, not any discontinuities in the welds. All UT reports will be revised to reflect acceptance, joints that were repaired will be marked as passed, and unrepaired joints will also be passed. The inspection was carried out by Joseph Molod and Benzhar Boy P. Tubiera, and noted by Cristina Bibera as QA/QC Manager.

    pipe and not due to any discontinuity inside the weld.
    Recommendation and As Agreed: All UT reports will be revised as accepted, joints that has
    been repaired will be R1 passed, and joints not yet repaired will be passed.
