04 Confirm that Vent and drain valves fitted and have been exercised

05 Confirm that Fittings and connections complete as per vendor drawings & PEFS

06 Confirm earth bonding completed

07 Confirm that Manway(s) closed out with correct gaskets and bolting.& C-007B is completed

08 Confirm that Flame arrester installed if applicable

09 Confirm that all spec blinds are in correct position with correct gaskets

10 Confirm the fitting of & certification of safety relief devices
