07 * Confirm that the Internals are fitted as per the drawing
08 * Confirm that the Tank is clean internally
09 * Check coating is undamaged.(If applied)
10 Confirm that the Manway is accessible
11 Check that the Manway lifting arrangements are adequate
12 Confirm that Access ladders and platforms are correctly installed Ok
13 Confirm that Access to valves, gauges and fittings is adequate Ok
14 Confirm that All gaskets are correct to specification
15 Confirm that All gaskets are fitted
16 Confirm that all vessel trims are fitted and according to drawing
17 Confirm that the nozzle loadings are not excessive Ok
18 Confirm that Adequate clearance exists for removal of internals
19 Confirm that All bolting is tight and to specification Ok
20 * Tank closed out for Mechanical Completion Ok
21 ** Confirm that All welding and NDT completed and cleared Ok
22 ** Confirm that All hydrostatic testing completed Ok
23 ** Confirm that Alignment survey performed and acceptable to specification
24 Check earthing strap is correctly fitted and to specification Ok
Check for possible flow restrictions resulting from un-ground welds, especially at outlets.
25 Check that manhole flush plates are in position. Check for any impediment to the free
passage of solids and for proper alignment of flanged connections
