05 Confirm doors operate freely & without obstruction

06 Confirm Hosereel runs out freely & without kinks

07 * Confirm that isolation valves operate correctly & easily & that the nozzle is not damaged

FIRE HYDRANTS & CABINETS

For hydrants & hydrant cabinets ensure that the cabinet is installed in the correct place & is

undamaged

09 * Confirm that the correct amount of hoses are in the cabinet

Confirm that there is no damage to the hose connections on the hydrant & that hey are the

correct type

DELUGE SKIDS & NOZZLES

Confirm that the nameplate on the deluge skid is correct & that the equipment has been

supplied as per the data sheet

12 Confirm that there is no damage

13 Confirm installation as per manufacturers drawings

14 * Confirm all deluge nozzles are correct as per design

15 * Confirm all valves are tagged correctly

16 * Confirm all water & air connections are correct

MONITORS

17 Confirm nameplate details are correct & that the equipment is supplied as per the data sheet

18 * Confirm installation is correct & that the elevation & traverse is as per design requirement

20 Confirm that lubrication is as per vendor instructions

21 Confirm that the foam tank & hoses are correctly fitted

22 * If a Pelton Wheel Drive is fitted ensure the exhaust is clear

CO 2 SKIDS

27 Confirm all wires & pulleys are fitted correctly
