Locatio / Area : Verification Sign-off

1 Verify the installed LVP's have approved submittals.
Ensure the drawings used for installation are
2 correct and ensure
Check and approved.
the LVP's are new and
3 undamaged.
4 Factory test reports received and verified.
Check the LVP's as per approved load
schedule and drawings including the provision
5 for spare capacity.
Check the Name Plate and Identification labels
6 as per load schedule and approved submittals.

Check the mounting channels are even and

7 free from any damage.
Check all meters, circuit breakers, indication
lamp, handles and locks are correct and
8 undamaged.
Ensure adequate clearance available around
switch boards as required and as per drawings
9 and regulations.

Check the termination and dressing of cables

10 and wires completed neatly.
All cables and wires including grounding are
11 terminated and identified.
12 Esure all terminals are tirhtened as required.

Ensure switch board interiors are cleaned and

13 free from dust and small metallic particles.
Check the grounding has been provided as per
approved drawing including the body and door
14 of the panel.
Check the Identification and warning signs
15 provided as specified / required.
16 Submit the consultant Inspection request.
Check the As-built / Single Line Diagram
(Photo framed) are available near the LVP's
17 inside the L.V. room.
