layout,termination,loop,hook-up and P&ID drawing
2 Ingress protection is suitable for area.Instrument is suitably rated for area
3 Instrument correctly mounted ,orientation correct,elevation correct and free from
vibration
4 Instrument is accessible for maintenance and clear of obstruction
5 Vent lines are directed into a safe area
6 Impulse ,hydraulic, pneumatics,lines,correctly installed and supported
7 In line equipment installed and supported correctly
8 Spare entries plugged correctly
9 Confirm Grease and Gakets are correctly installed as required
10 Instrument earthed in accordance with project specification
11 Aspirator tubes and test gas tubes are installed and supported correctly
12 EOL(end of Line resistor) fitted and correctly rated where applicable
13 Check all Tag No's
14 Name plate/labelling/I.D tag correct
15 Spot check tubing has been reamed at connection points
16 Check all tube fitting installation with ''No-Go'' gap gauge
