POST/UNIT: ORGANISING CORDINATOR

I ODUFUWA ELIJAH was appointed to post/unit of organizing coordinator of this fellowship
on 21th of July 2019 and my predecessor is Brother ALBERT ABAYOMI.

I was handed over with the following instrument as this particular unit is concerned.

 Five electrical micro-phones. Two wirelesses and three non-wirelesses, out of the five
microphones, three of it is not working properly, in which two of it is faulty from its
settings and other is malfunctioning or shaking when connected to the public address
system (P.A.S) while the other two which one is wireless and non-wireless are working
properly.
 Complete drum set. The drum set that was handed over to me wasn’t sound enough
because some of their part was already rusted.
 Hand drums (two faces). Still good and sound but the iron connecting both together has
been disconnected.
 Public Address System. A brand new public address system was handed over to me
 Some other instruments/materials includes: Four drum set face cover of different size,
spanner, ink to ink cable.

To God be the glory I was able to fulfill some of my missions and visions toward the success of
the organizing department /unit in the fellowship.

Some of my achievements include:

 With the help of our modern churches we were able to acquire a keyboard. But not
working perfectly but will work on that soon
 We were able to purchase a new generator and banners with the help of our alumni and
members of the fellowship by paying their titles and contributions to the fellowship.

  Due to the corona virus pandemic outbreak, I was unable to fulfill some of my mission
for the fellowship in my tenure such as: store for keeping the fellowship instruments and
amendment of other faulty instrument.
I Odufuwa Elijah handed over to Brother Oyetola Segun as the new A.S.F GAPOSA Organising
Cordinator on the 1st of November 2020.
INSTRUMENTS/ MATERIALS HANDED OVER TO THE NEW ORGANIZING
CORDINATOR

 Public Address System (P.A.S)

 Complete drum set
 Two wireless and three non-wireless microphones are not properly working but can be
perfect when adjusted
 A new medium Generator
 2 new banners
 Spanner, ink to ink cable, nuts
 Four drum-set face cover at different size
 Repaired hand drum of two face
 Keyboard batteries

MY SUGGESTIONS TO THE NEW ORGANISING CORDINATOR

 Firstly, you must serve God in truth and in spirit

 You must take proper care of the fellowship instruments/materials
 Get other instruments/materials the fellowship needs or lacking and also repair the faulty
instrument
 Always be active many programme hold by the fellowship
 Make sure you come as early as possible before the program starts so as to arrange the
required instruments needed.
 Make sure you get a conducive place to store the instruments
 You must assist your Gen. Sec or president if they are not around to pass out information

  Teach the new members about the instruments
 Always make sure you move closer to the J.C.C.F group
Lastly, make sure you have your quiet time and pray to succeed and fulfill your missions
and visions in the department of organizing of this great fellowship

THE DON’Ts OF THE UNIT/DEPARTMENT

 Do not misuse the instruments
 Do not borrow the instrument to other fellowship without the approval of the president
 Do not refuse to work hand-in-hand with the J.C.C.F organizing department
 Do not be carried away by worldly friends who can influence you away fro succeeding in
the fellowship and your department
 Do not allow your work/job or any other activities to distract your attention in the
fellowship
