Subject: An Initial Complaint to the Ombudsman of New Jersey and Other States of the USA

Dear Mss/Sirs,
Dear Ombudspersons,

I reiterate your Mission Statement at the njcourts.gov website: "We are an independent branch of
government constitutionally entrusted with the fair and just resolution of disputes in order to preserve
the rule of law and to protect the rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and Laws of the
United States and this State".

I submit the attached document ("Vaccine Dilemma NJ (USA): An Initial Complaint to the Ombudsman
of New Jersey and Other States of the USA") as initial representation of my concerns, same partially
summarized below:

I also contend that, inter alia, Executive Order No. 252 by the Governor of New Jersey is deficient,
defective, discriminatory and overtly punitive in nature since, in addressing the issue of the
"unvaccinated", it completely ignores many factual and analytical aspects of the issue relating to the
mechanism of operation, process, treatment, control and recovery from the Covid-19 virus ... and in
particular ignored the voluminous amount of UNCONTESTED data/analyses (available to the public but
ignored by the state) which shows:
(a) That the current Covid "shots" enhance Delta-variant INFECTIVITY, placing healthcare workers (both

Vaccine-caused viral-escape and Antibody Dependent Enhancement (ADE) is now a possibility for
nations that persist with vaccination mandates!

(b) That the Governor and his administration have completely ignored the entreaty of the American
Association of Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) to dismiss "vaccine mandates" immediately in an open
letter of August 31, 2021: "Rescind Vaccine Mandates: Open Letter to Medical Societies, Hospitals and

(c) That the Governor and his administration have completely ignored the latest news out of the USA, an
abject admission by the CDC itself on July 30:"35,000 Americans Getting Symptomatic Covid-19 PER

(d) That the spike protein used in the "shots" is in fact a toxin (Dr. Ryan Cole; SUMMIT SESSIONS: The

(e) That there is a growing discontent within the medical community about the adverse effects of the
current Covid "shots".

(f) That Vitamin D supplementation has never been deployed/publicized as an active/official measure to
save lives in the state of New Jersey:

(h) That the deployment of other therapeutics and drugs (eg, Hydroxychloroquine, Ivermectin,
Fluvoxamine and others), all readily available and the subject of numerous clinical trials, has never been
prioritized by the Governor of New Jersey and his Department of Health in fighting Covid-19 ... thereby
perhaps contributing to the deaths of thousands ... and representing a breach of the duty of care that

 “… Five studies, including two controlled clinical trials, have demonstrated significant major
outpatient treatment efficacy,” Risch observed in an article for the American Journal of Epidemiology.
“Hydroxychloroquine + azithromycin has been used as standard-of-care in more than 300,000 older
adults with multicomorbidities, with estimated proportion diagnosed with cardiac arrhythmias
attributable to the medications 47/100,000 users, of which estimated mortality is <20%, 9/100,000
users, compared to the 10,000 Americans now dying each week. These medications need to be widely
available and promoted immediately for physicians to prescribe….” (Response by Dr. Harvey Risch, Yale

(i) That ignoring the totality of evidence that the above potentially represents criminal negligence, and
must cease!

Federal "vaccine-mandates" fail for the same reasons.

I urge your immediate invocation of the high aims and aspirations of your Mission Statement in
demanding that the Governor and his functionaries/departments respond in detail to these contentions,
and those in the attached document (the detailed Complaint itself), since they represent his actions as
negatively affecting the lives and livelihood of many.

Your swift response would be appreciated.

Please also feel free to refer this email and the attachment to other Ombudspersons who you feel may
attend to the issues.
