Once you have registered your USB Security Key on a personal computer, you now need to connect your
laptop to your home internet service.
6. Follow the onscreen instructions to enter your wireless internet password. You should now be
connected to your home internet provider. If unable to connect to wireless you may need to connect
your laptop to an Ethernet cable to complete these steps for the first time, then wireless should
become available.
7. Next we will use the USB Security Key and PIN you set up in STEP 1 to connect to Amazon’s network.
To do this, select the Network sign-in symbol which is next to the Wi-Fi symbol.
9. Once connected the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client will appear in the bottom right corner.
Click on Connect.
10. The Cisco AnyConnect login box will now appear. Type in the username your manager provided.
11. In the Password box, type in the PIN number you configured in STEP 1 and then place your finger on
the side of your USB Security Key until a series of “*” appear. The Cisco AnyConnect Client will then
attempt to connect to the Amazon Network.
12. Once connected, a security notification will pop up as shown below. Click OK (in some cases it may
flash on screen for a second and disappear).
13. You should now see the Windows logon screen.

FAQs:
I haven’t received my USB Security Key. What do I do?
Reach out to your manager and let them know so they can order a replacement as soon as possible.
Do I always need to connect to the Amazon network (VPN) before I login to my device?
No, but you will have a better experience if you do. You only need to perform these steps the first time. After
that you can login using your username and password and then connect to the VPN.
