Technology and social media have changed how people interact and deal with problems. Some say social media is "anti-social" because it replaces face-to-face interactions with interactions through screens. This can prevent real comfort and support being provided. Additionally, many people care more about the number of likes and followers they have than developing true friendships or having a healthy lifestyle. The video concludes that mental health and living authentically are more important than social media validation, and people should focus on balancing their personal lives with their online presence.

I think that in some way it can be changed if people wanted to change the way we socialize with others. We can start talking to our colleagues more, try to find new friends in a way that helps us to be better people, try new things. 2)What have done technology with us? I think our way of dealing with problems has changed, but sometimes instead of facing the problem, we lock ourselves in and into technology and think that the problem solves itself and not us. The way we socialize with our friends has also changed, to think that everything that people show on networks is true, thinking that they have the perfect life when reality is different. 3)Why the autor of the video says “Facebook is anti-social? What are the reasons? Because we are really socializing with people through screens and not socializing face to face only when you need a friend, they tell us we can make video calls, things like that but they are not there to give us a hug or any real comfort. And many times, we really have a lot of friends on social media but you don't really talk to anyone and we only care how many likes or followers we get and not the fact of finding a true friend. 4)Why are we interested in having more followers than a healthy life? Sometimes we think that followers define your life or define how people see you and we do not care if we are really good, we always smile for the camera in some way that sometimes we put the really important thing aside, we do not look really happy when Doing what we like, sometimes we appreciate more what people say about us and not how we really feel. 5)Tell me 5 conclusions of the video. 1Social media does not define your life. 2Mental Health is more important than anything else. 3Let's decide to stop thinking about what they will say just because of a photo or a video that I saw on social media because that does not define your life. 4We have to socialize more with the people around us. 5We have to have a balance between our personal life and social networks.
