A. Product

Shanghai Rice Roll originated in Shanghai and known as a breakfast item usually served

with soy milk. It was brought here in the Philippines by Chinese immigrants from the Fujian

Province. It is a dish made- up of ground pork or beef, minced onion, carrots, and spices with the

mixture of sticky rice as the new twist. Shanghai Roll is one of the most common dish you will

find in any kind of celebration that is why we decided to come up with a new twist which is the

Shanghai Rice Roll. This dish can be an appetizer or the main course. It is bite- sized yet it gives

the customers an ultimate satisfaction that will fill their empty stomachs. It is best eaten with a

sauce we made to complement the taste. Another edge of this product from the others is that it

contains both meat and vegetables which are good for the health.
