NOTE: This was cropped and then we put our answers from characteristic curved we plotted above and
then converted it to a picture.

Conclusion:
When we performed this activity we learned new knowledge about Bipolar
Transistor and we were able to know deeper to use the multisim that might be a
great help to our course. We were also able to do the activity lightly through the
use of the characteristics curves to determine the βDC of the transistor at a given
point.
Evaluation and Review Questions:

 The βDC isn’t constant at all points which makes it affect the linearity of the
transistor.
 The higher the βDC the more it will help increases the current of a collector
and voltage on a characteristics curve.

 Ptrans= PBE + PCE

Ptrans= VBE IB + VCE IC
Ptrans VCE IC = Ptrans I2C
Ptrans VCE IC = (8.0V)(0.095)
Ptrans VCE IC = 0.76 W
 If the base terminal of transistor were open the value of VCE would also be
increase since the DC Voltage will be added to the input. As the base
current will be zero since it is open the base of terminal transistor will
require a certain amount of voltage across the base emitter diode to make
it run or activated.
