 Research symposium 2019
Being the head of Tamil and Muslim in charge
Part of the technical committee
Being the in charge of CR02 presentation hall
Provided the technical support to the research symposium 2019
and arranged the presentation hall number CR02
Because of my language skill our lecturers of ICT have appointed
me as the leader of camel and Muslim presentation hall

Objectives
We should provide the technical supports when the present need
Before the research symposium begin I have to check all the
presenting halls and the technical supporting equipment’s in
order to conduct the research symposium without any
interruptions
Arranged the multimedia projector and the smart boards and the
computer for the presentation
According to our ICT lecturer’s guidelines we followed the duties
that they give to us and we watch over presentation hall we
assigned for.
By performing this task to gain knowledge about the research
symposium and the content
Also learnt a lot about the newest technological equipment’s and
electronica gears we used in education
By this we gained a lot of knowledge about the latest equipment
and methods of modern teaching learning process
How its begin
The research symposium isn't the first one that we do before that
there was a research symposium conducted by our college
lecturers, lecturers from all over the country and some foreign
lecturers and social activists.
The first research symposium was a great success and it influence
the college environment to be fair and clean but unfortunately
after the symposium there was a flood which destroys the beauty
that created by the symposium. However, after that we rebuild
the beauty of our college and we unite with our senior
prospective teachers to conduct another grand successful
symposium and we achieved our goal very well!
The research symposium a great place to obtain knowledge and
develop your language skills it is a path to continue our journey
for knowledge in a Broad way.
The daily attendance board project

Objective of this project

 To get the information of student's attendance regularly
 To get the teachers attendance everyday
 To identify the absentees of the school
 To conduct activities and steps to reduce the absentee’s
percentage
 To regulate the student’s daily attendance
 To identify the problems in coming to the school for
absentee’s students
 To manage properly statistics and documents for student’s
attendance
How the project was launched?
From the beginning I suggested to the vice principal that the daily
attendance board should be e in the vice principal office to Mark
daily progress of absentees in the school, in order to carry out
power project I proposed a project for the daily attendance bot to
the vice principal and he accepts that then we proceed to the
principal with a project proposal and our principal is glad to hear
the news the administration given many suggestions and ideas in
order to make the attendance board I go through with a sketch
and a rough print of the board layout, finally i discussed with vice
principal and he suggested that teachers daily attendance also
should be there and I agree to that

Challenge faced due to the project

 There was an issue for the location of the board!
 Difficulty in getting funds
 Problems due to the size of the board
 Hard to find a person to do the printing!
 Some teachers against the teacher's attendance
Some clicks on that day
Benefits obtained by this project

 Easy to calculate the total attendance of the school

 identify the most absentee’s classes and take action
towards that
 identify the problems of absentees and get solutions for
them
 Helpful to regulate the daily attendance of the students
and the teachers
