HOW TO GET THE RATING FOR MOST INSPIRING NON-TEACHING PERSONNEL AT

THE SCHOOL LEVEL

Get the sum of ratings obtained from the A – D.

HOW TO GET THE FINAL RATING FOR MOST INSPIRING NON-TECHING

PERSONNEL AT THE DISTRICT LEVEL

1. Get the ratings obtained from the School PRAISE Committee (A – D). Then multiply the
sum by 80% or 0.80. (Product 1)
2. Get the total rating/points obtained from the Behavioral Performance Sheet. Divide it by
76, then multiply by 100. The product shall again be multiplied by 20% or 0.20. (Product
2)
3. Add the weighted points (product 1, & 2) to get the Final Rating.
