Your assignment is to search for an online listing using Indeed, Monster,

ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc.

 Pick an Online Job Search Website (Monster, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc.)
 Conduct a search for HR Generalist or HR Specialist (either one)
 Select an ad that piqued your interest
 Discuss the following in your written assignment
1. Post the url
2. Describe your ad: the job, the employer, the job description, the job
qualifications, preferred qualifications, and anything else of interest
3. Describe if this is a good or bad ad: is it well written, organized,clear, will it
attract qualified applicants, are they "marketing" the job and company, is it clear
enough to deter unqualified applicants, would you want to apply or work there,
etc.
4. How can you improve the ad: yes even the best ads aren't perfect. What would
you add to the ad
There should be 4 distinct areas or paragraphs, one for each of the above in order.
Questions 2 and 3 should have not less than 200 words and Question 4 should have
no less than 100 words (500 words total).
