CALL TO ORDER
The meeting commenced at exactly 1:43 PM
ATTENDANCE:
Ms. Lelit Maturan mentioned the following people who were not around during the meeting:

TOPIC/AGENDA DISCUSSION
 The School Head, Mr. Zozobrado discussed/disseminated some important
matters about the OUA Memorandum No. 00-321-0063 entitled: Virtual In-
Service Training for Public School Teachers (March 15-19, 2021) which is to
be held at GNHS-HILAITAN since the school don’t have internet connection
to sustain the said activity. He also emphasized that the conduct of the LAC
Session on RPMS-PPST is moved on March 22-26, 2021 due to the
conflicting schedule of Virtual inset.
VIRTUAL INSET
Ms. Hazel Jane Glarian and Mrs. Farah Lorraine Zafra will be given load for
prepaid wifi amounting 200 php for each modem by Mr. Zozobrado which will
be utilized by the teachers to be able to have connection for the said Virtual
Inset.
 He also said that each teacher will enjoy a food allowance amounting to
₱ 120.00 per day which is refundable.

PRINTING AND Mr. Zozobrado said that the last distribution of learning modules for 2 nd quarter will be
DISTRIBUTION OF on March 26, 2021- Week 3, Set B and the beginning of 3rd quarter will be on the first
SELF LEARNING week of April. He also said that grades 1-4 will only print modules 5-8 for weeks 1-4
MODULES FOR and for the JHS and SHS, the division will only give soft copy of self-learning
QUARTER 3 modules for weeks 1-4 then weeks 5-8, the central office will provide.
BIRTHDAY According to the meeting of all the School Heads where Mr. Zozobrado attended at
CELEBRATION GNHS-HILAITAN, he shared to us that on March 24, 2021 will be the birthday
OF THE SCHOOLS celebration of our SCHOOLS DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT, DR. ARDEN D.
DIVISION MONISIT. Mr. Zozobrado said that he will not be around on that day because he will
SUPERINTENDENT, DR. attend the said celebration.

Mr. Zozobrado strictly emphasized on what time to be reflected in the
ACCOMPLISHMENT accomplishment report. He said that the morning cut-off log in time must be until 9:30
REPORT AM only and for each Skeleton Work Force, we must also indicate two (2) hours
spent for travel so that we can comply the eight (8) hour required time.
