LESSON PLAN IN SCIENCE

GRADE VI

I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to:
a. Identify the main parts of plants and state their function.
b. Show appreciation by naming parts of a plant

ll. SUBJECT MATTER


a.Topic: Main parts of plants and their functions
Concept: The parts of the plant are roots, stem, leaves ,flowers and fruits. Not all plants have the
same plants.
b.Materials: Laptop, Projector, Speaker and Chart
c.References: Dela cruz, eufrancia and brobante, rosita, science publishing house, metro manila
1993 pp 22-24.

B. Preparation It's a beautiful day.

Ok Children, we will have an activity. The title of


our activity is " A trip outside the classroom." Who
wants to come with me? Raise your hand

in front of the class.
