WHO IS A TEACHER

 A teacher is a person who helps people to learn. A teacher often works in a classroom. There are many different
kinds of teachers. Some teachers teach young children in kindergarten or primary schools.
 Teacher knows about the student’s ability. A real teacher never underestimates his students. He/she strongly
believes that every child has its own potential to prove.
 Teacher is the only person who can help you to lead the life in a better way by sharing his/her experiences.
 Teachers need to be effective communicators and motivators, as it is irrelevant how much knowledge a teacher has
if that knowledge cannot be shared and conveyed to the students in an interesting and understandable way.

WHAT IS A TEACHER

 It refers to a person who helps others to learn. In this context, it is used to refer to a person who facilitates learning.
 A person who helps students to acquire knowledge, competence or virtue. Those who are employed, as their main
role, to teach others in a formal education context, such as at a school.
 A teacher is a person, who provides education for people; one who teaches or instructs. The role of teacher is often
formal and ongoing, carried out at a school or other place of formal education. 
 Instructor, a person who teaches or instructs, imparts knowledge and skills especially as a profession.
 A qualified personnel in the area of education who is chiefly responsible for impacting knowledge on learners through
formal methods of instruction. 
 This refers to an individual who teaches and instructs students in a school. The teacher is in charge of teaching the
contents in the curriculum.
 A teacher was seen as a lecturer or someone who delivered knowledge and conducted tests. A teacher was
perceived as someone who had answers to every question possible, a gatekeeper of all the resources and
information too.
 A teacher must have problem-solving skills to help students overcome their challenges.

WHEN ARE YOU A TEACHER

 They employ teachers to do the work of education, and they work out with the teacher an understanding of what
the teacher is expected to do.
 As a teacher, one must bring out the best in students and inspire them to strive for greatness.
 Teachers can gear up to help students to understand knowledge and concepts outside the textbook. More the
teachers interact with the students with viable, real-life examples, incidents, etc, students will have a better
understanding and more awareness of the subject. With real-life examples, they can apply their lessons to many
subjects. The teacher has to be a consistent guide here to help the student in graduating from one lesson to another.

CURRICULUM TO A TEACHER

The term curriculum refers to the lessons and academic content taught in a school or in a specific course or
program. In dictionaries, curriculum is often defined as the courses offered by a school, but it is rarely used in such a
general sense in schools. Depending on how broadly educators define or employ the term, curriculum typically refers to
the knowledge and skills students are expected to learn, which includes the learning standards or learning objectives
they are expected to meet; the units and lessons that teachers teach; the assignments and projects given to students;
the books, materials, videos, presentations, and readings used in a course; and the tests, assessments, and other
methods used to evaluate student learning. An individual teacher’s curriculum, for example, would be the specific
learning standards, lessons, assignments, and materials used to organize and teach a particular course.
