The curriculum is vital to the school, teachers, and students.

In order to function, the

school must have goals that focus on knowledge and skill development. A good curriculum can

be defined, but it takes a lot of resources to put it into action. The curriculum is put into practice

inside the school, and our teachers will carry it out by outlining objectives for each subject's

content area. This will assist the learners to learn new skills and reach their full potential. By

giving the students a test or evaluation to gauge their grasp of what the teacher has taught.

Additionally, this module discussed the important role of teachers. A teacher who engages in

active learning, planning, implementation, assessment, coaching, and beginning. It is the duty of

the instructor to explain the curriculum to the students by establishing objectives that will meet

their needs. When preparing and developing the curriculum, teachers should make a lesson plan

for the subject that takes the learner's interests, objectives, and expectations into consideration.

Teachers begin by understanding the subject matter or lesson material that needs to be taught to

the pupils. Teachers design the curricula and produce the books, instructional modules,

instructional guides, and other reference materials that we will utilize as our resources in the

discussion. The teacher will consider a number of variables, including the students, the support

resources, the time, the subject matter or content, the targeted goals, and the learners' context,

among others. The teacher will take responsibility as the leader of the learners whenever there

are difficulties or barriers to learning something.

Teachers that use interactive tools to discuss the topic in an interesting way and keep

students interested are innovators because they are creative. Additionally, they are putting it into

practice by offering the suggested curriculum or written curriculum. Finally, the evaluator will

assess the student’s abilities, which will help them if they have understood the teachings and

measure their learning. A teacher needs to be aware of this and sensitive to it in order to be ready
for it and to figure out how to cope with factors like these that can impair their students' learning.

To reach our aim objectives each day and to ensure that we are imparting knowledge that is

relevant to the students' real-world experiences, we must always keep in mind that the lessons we

design and implement must meet the diverse learning needs of all the students.

Student teachers have a platform provided by teacher education to learn the necessary

knowledge, and skills, and to cultivate a positive attitude, values, and beliefs. With the aid of the

offered curriculum, this is possible. And the curriculum provided to students during their training

time determines the caliber of teachers that are produced in any institution. The teacher is the

most crucial individual in the process of implementing the curriculum. Teachers are essential to

any endeavor to construct a curriculum because of their knowledge, experiences, and

competencies. Because they are the most informed about the practice of teaching and are in

charge of introducing the curriculum in the classroom, better instructors facilitate better learning.
