Summary
The installation and configuration of CCTV camera are in process, this process
helps in achieving great success. Below are the activities involve and the progress
achieved

Activity 1 – Cameras Map Out

Status Achieved

Objective Mapping out point of the locating of exiting cameras and the
new ones to be installed.

Activity dates 12th September 2020

Progress This activity was carried out with the help of some of the
stakeholder on the project which was done very well.

Outputs We were able to locate all the exciting cameras and map out
created the location for the new one

Activity 2 – Drilling & Running of Cables

Status In progress

Objective Drilling and running of cables for the cameras in the premises

Activity dates 14th September 2020 to 3rd October 2020

Progress We have been able to drill and run 36 cables successful, we are
just having little challenges in running the remain two (2) cables
due to no access to the offices we need to run the cable
through

Outputs The cables are run accord to the specification required by the
created organisation (stakeholders) and all cable are neatly run
Activity 3 – Termination of Cables

Status In progress

Objective Termination of cables

Activity dates 24th September 2020 – 6th October 2020

Progress About 10(ten) cables have being terminated and 28 cables to go

Outputs We will be termination the cables for proper connection of the

created CCTV

Activity 4 – Mounting of Cameras

Status Achieved

Objective Mounting of camera

Activity dates 12th October 2020 to 15th October 2020

Progress Completed

Outputs The camera will be mounted of the mapped out point and
created positioned well
Activity 5 – Configuration & Testing
