PREFACE

All students learn theoretical subjects in their classroom, but as we are the management students,

apart from theoretical studies we need to get a deeper insight into the practical aspects of those

theories by working as a part of organization during our project training. Training is a period in

which a student can apply his theoretical knowledge in practical field. Basically practical

knowledge and theoretical knowledge have a huge difference.

To achieve the purpose I have done my project training from “EUREKA FORBES”,

BANGALORE” the topic given to me is “THE STUDY OF CONSUMER SATISFACTION AT

EUREKA FORBES”.

Knowledge attains maturity and perfection through application in practical field. Application of

Management Principles in all branches whether product Personnel, Finance, Marketing etc. Results

are more efficient and effective utilization of available resources.

This report has been compiled primarily in partial fulfillment of the requirement for MBA

Secondary to share the practical knowledge and experience gained as result of continued association

with company’s marketing branch. The details mentioned in this report are based on real situations.

Since the reader would like to know the general detail of two cola giants. Therefore a chapter

includes a discussion on market share study also include. Further to help the reader in understanding

the findings, graphical representation, conclusions and suggestions are also includes, which very

developing strategies in those areas.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In comparative world, the company has faced many problems from within and outside the

organization. The problems have to be solved by marketing policies, rules, regulations and

procedures. An organization cannot survive in a comparative market unless it has good marketing

policies and practices. As a result of globalization marketing give more emphasis on implementing

the policies for betterment of organization.

Today everything is new and bigger as compared to the past. Marketing played a very important

role for any company consumer is the king for selecting the product. A number of factors like

quality of product; its brand name, price, promotion, culture etc. are responsible for buying

behavior. Apart from these we will get to know the customer satisfaction from the water purifier

In the market.
