After two weeks, are we going to do the task from a different group or are we going to stay in the
same group until the end of our internship? Are we going to change leaders after every 2 weeks?

Answer: Same group na hanggang dulo, meaning if events and planning ka ngayon, yan na group mo
hanggang matapos internship. Yung pagpapalit ng leader is based sa performance ng leader.

2. In the recent orientation, we were told that there is an application that we need to use when we are
going to time in and time out. Clockify, are we still going to use it or we are just going to time in and out
via the LINE app.

Answer: Hindi na gagamit ng Clockify, via Line app na lang mag-tatime in and out.

3. For the sign in and sign out, is the leader the only one needed to do it or does it have to be together
with the members?

Answer: Leaders na lang ang kailangan mag-time in and out.

3. What is the suggested attire every meeting and will the meeting on August 15 be with the leaders
only or together with the members?

Answer: As long as formal at hindi nakasando, it doesn’t matter, tee shirt goods na raw HAHAHAAHAHA

4. Do we have to pass pictures?

Answer: Yes, formal picture, within August. Leader must send the pictures. (coordinate with the leader
for the sample)

5. When are we supposed to pass or check the output?

Answer: walang assigned day kung kalian magpapacheck ng output, as long as may output na, pwede na
magpacheck.

Group 1 questions:

1. For the accommodation, does it have to be the exact budget or just an estimate? Exact, lahat ng
details dapat included.

pleasant to the eyes such as blue or light blue, mga ganon.

2. When are you going to share the passwords for the social media sites?
