 Observed and assisted supervising practitioner in high school Geometry for 5 sections of 30 students each in
a remote learning environment
 Utilized technology such as Pear Deck and Desmos to enhance remote learning while allowing for immediate
monitoring and assessment of how students were learning during the lesson.
 Designed and taught three lessons using discovery-based inquiry to increase engagement with the material
and foster self-discovery of concepts
 Collaborated with supervising practitioner to plan and implement meaningful lessons that set high standards
and met Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks.

 Taught 2 sections of Geometry and 2 sections of Algebra 2 in a remote learning environment during Upward
Bound’s summer program
 Successfully took over with a smooth transition the Geometry class two weeks into the program
 Implemented Universal Design of Learning into all lessons to support all student’s learning needs, including
English Language Learners and diverse learners.
 Taught lessons focused on increasing student’s mathematical language fluency to better prepare them for
the up-coming school year by focusing on the mathematical and real-world interpretations of different math
terms alongside problem-solving.
