    Series of 1994 ~ "" Noted Defects/Deficiencies
    1·\ Prior to Partial/Full
    Payment

    It has been observed that some projects with


    defects/deficiencies are paid, either partially or
    fully, even without said defects/deficiencies being
    corrected.
    In order to ensure that the above-mentioned
    defects/deficiencies will be properly corrected,
    payment on these defective/deficient works shall not be
    allowed, even partially, until such are properly
    corrected.
    In cases where contractors have collected
    partial payments for the completed works with
    defects/deficiencies, the value of the defective work
    already paid shall be deducted from the contractors
    next immediate payment voucher and shall only be
    included for payment when it shall have been properly
    corrected.
    Henceforth, no project with noted defects/
    deficiencies shall be accepted without prior
    correction.
