Never give up attitude
He might have failed in forming a political party but he never gave up and in rest of his
life he became voice to the common man and using right to information act RTI he have
helped so many people

Give your best in your work field

He had always given his best in his life in whatever post he had stood and delivered his best to the common
people
Always educate others
Being an educated person and not educating others is worse than being an illiterate whether it is in farming
sector or in common rights subject he always educated people and he inspired many people for enrollment of
vote
These are the qualities that I believe every leader should induce in them
